Bloo Regard Q. Kazoo Signature

To all the fans of Fosters please use and if anyone asks make sure you tell them you got it from me! I was going to stick to mainly blues but decided to throw green in there just because. Could've done purple but eh :/
Anyway, got the bloo stock off Google Images and the rest were some splatter brushes, cloud renders, and of course good ol' Times New Roman font.
